Ashley Graham was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up with the rest of her siblings, she was constantly bullied by classmates because of her large legs. After completing her the elementary school level, Graham was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (A.D.H.D. In 2009, Graham was featured in "Glamour's" "These Bodies Are Beautiful In Any Size". Making the headlines once more, Graham starred in a controversial Lane Bryant ad that was eventually banned across a variety of countries; the commercial had received over 800,000 views by the time it was removed from YouTube. The debate grew to the point that Graham appeared with Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." Graham soon became famous and is now considered to be one of the top American plus-size models. Grande started acting and singing at a very early age. In 2008 she won an acting role in the Broadway production of 13, and she soon was appearing in bits on television shows. Her first major break in 2010 when she appeared on the Nickelodeon TV show Victorious. The show featured her as Cat Valentine a teenage girl studying at a school for performing arts. The sitcom ended up being cancelled at the end of 2013, she starred in a spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013-14).
